What I Did Before Coaching
I was born in Israel, and served in the army for two years. After spending some time working and traveling, I studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I love learning, so beyond my academic studies, I took many courses, including a diploma in Human Resources management, employment counselling for people in later life careers, motivational interviewing, group coaching, leadership assessments and many others. I always continue studying and adding to my knowledge.
I started my career working for an international recruiting company in Israel. After studying human resources management, I worked in that field, mostly for start-up software companies in Israel. In the summer of 2001 I left Israel with my family to live in Princeton, in the United States. After a year, my family moved to Toronto, Canada.
In Toronto, before embracing coaching full-time, I worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for a not-for-profit organization.
